Who are you?
You are a caring and dedicated professional that is passionate about advancing Family Resource Center's (FRC) mission by addressing the needs of individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health challenges in the local community. You will play a key role in our grant funded Project Home initiative by coordinating activities at the Low-Barrier Shelter (LBS) in partnership with the Findlay City Mission, FRC, and other community stakeholders.
Under the guidance of the Criminal Justice Program Supervisor, you will build and sustain relationships with shelter staff, guests, community partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of services and shared goals. Act as primary point of contact for all project-related communication and collaboration for FRC. Coordinate schedules of internal staff and external stakeholders involved in collaboration projects, as well as, overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of evidence-based programming and recovery supports at the shelter.
You have the foresight to see your everyday business goals as stepping stones to the organization's larger goals and mission - and this awareness guides your judgement and keeps you strategically on track. You will be a key player in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures related to shelter-linked services. Monitor and evaluate program activities and provider performance through data analysis, report reviews, and on-site visits. Evaluate and recommend proposals, services, and program modifications based on findings. Support coordination of timeliness and priorities across large initiatives, while ensuring alignment with department and community goals.
You will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR, and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously.
